We provide the necessary skills and ongoing assistance to diadvantaged Indigenous jobseekers to gain real, meaningful, and sustainable employment. We provide tailored preemployment training to gain competency in employability skills and job readiness skills to support their transition to employment. We help to secure employment and provide post placement support services to ensure success for the jobseeker and the employer. We provide Pre accredited training as a Learn Local to provide a range of education and training programs to the Sunraysia area focusing on Literacy and Numeracy, Vocational Skills and Employability Skills which are adapted to suit current industry needs. These programs are open to all and are developted to help clients gain the confidence and skills needed to look for a job or go onto futher study.
