Strong Nation Community Services Incorporated

We provide support services through Dept of Communities and Justice referrals for families through the Targeted Early Intervention and Homelessness Services programs. We provide families day to day needs through our self funded community support programs and the Wesley Emergency Relief program. We partner with Wesley's Financial Hardship program. We offer a self funded FoodCare program. We offer a self funded Emergency Relief program for people requiring food. We offer self funded and government funded Chaplaincy program for schools in our area. We offer 2 programs aimed at Year 10 high school students called Building Strong Men and Building Strong Women. We give out 1000 free Christmas Hampers to local community members.
