Strive provided disability support services to vulnerable people on the community, including but limited to supported independent living, individual living options, respite care, community access and social groups. Strive operates the Landsdale Education Farm as a community hub, including mutually beneficial community partnerships. We enriching the lives of people with special needs, their families and carers, by providing high quality, safe personcentred services and programs to assist them being the best they can be and to achieve their individual aspirations.
