The Property Trust has been established to hold property for the advancement of Catholic secondary school education in Australia and more specifically for the College, in accordance with the doctrines, beliefs, teachings and laws of the Church (as determined from time to time by the Bishop) and the charism, spirituality, philosophy and traditions of the Congregation and the Congregation s (Vincentian) Philosophy of Education. Going forward, the Congregation and Trustees of the Vincentian Fathers intend for the Property Trust to hold the real property used for College activities. The Congregation and Trustees of the Vincentian Fathers consider that it is in the best interests of the Congregation and Trustees of the Vincentian Fathers for the Company and the Property Trust to be established and to hold property for College activities.
