St Patrick's provide immediate and holistic care for people experiencing homelessness and or disadvantage in Fremantle and the wider south metropolitan area of Perth. This includes housing, emergency relief, specialist support services, a day centre, meals, welfare and health services. We also deliver specialist supports in areas including youth at risk, addictions, mental health and housing support for people sleeping rough as well as various programs such as education and training, art and music and supporting social connection and physical activity. We also provide strong leadership to bring about collaboration and partnership with other agencies, both government and nongovernment to provide more effective and efficient service delivery.
