The fund contributed circa $784,000 to Cancer programs and research across Australia. Majority of funding directed to outreach programs for children with cancer allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own homes as long as possible and keep disruption to the family unit and everyday life at minimum levels. The funds donors and supporters seek to ensure that the fund directs funds raised to children affected with cancer without incurring excessive administration costs which has been the status quo from year to year.
