We are a committed team of support workers, allied health professionals including people with lived experience striving to change the way disability is perceived, while also advocating for a fairer Australia. We do this through: enabling people with a spinal cord injury or damage and other physical disabilities to live an accessible, equitable and empowered life; bringing together, through our membership of over 2,000 persons who have acquired a spinal cord injury and their friends and family for peer support catch ups; advocating for a fairer and more equitable Australia; and educating and supporting communities to prevent spinal cord injuries by fostering community awareness through risk management and injury prevention activities.
