Specialisterne s aim is to support the creation of neuroinclusive workplaces where individuals can thrive. Over the past 12 months we have worked directly with employers, supporting them to better understand the value and potential of neurodivergent employees and to adopt a more positive attitude towards the talents and skills that individuals offer their workplaces. Included in our work has been support for business and government departments in the areas of neurodiversity competence, workforce planning, education, organisational change, strategic planning, workplace counselling and specialist recruitment.
