*SACTCG have continued to provide a support network for members, providing project development, management, funding, promotion and on ground support and equipment. Our organisation also provides knowledge sharing opportunities, citizen science programs, representation for Landcare groups and building social capital. Apart from projects directly related to on ground works for our member groups we also represent our member groups at Territory (Landcare ACT) and National levels (National Landcare Network) as well as in liasion with the ACT Government. SACTCG have continued to conduct activities towards our primary purpose through projects such as; Further developing a Landcare nursery to supplement our projects and to provide further support to Landcare groups Building swales to improve water retention at Weston Orchard Building suburban bird habitat in Rivett, Chapman, Hughes, Kambah and Bonython Our long term Waterwatch program.
