We assisted around 270 clients from the former Yugoslavia in relation to Aged Care. We provided information, assistance and referrals for individuals and families. Our activities also included volunteer support for elderly and frail persons in their homes through the Community Visitors and Friendly Visiting Programs. We ran social support through Planned Activity Groups whose aim is to reduce social isolation through friendly meetings, group excursions, information sessions and participation in social events.
