We provide opportunities for student, amateur and community musicians, community bands and orchestras and other aspiring musicians, to improve their skills and develop their talents and abilities through education, development projects, performance opportunities and collaborations with established professional artists for the purpose of enhancing the cultural lives and wellbeing of individuals and our communities.
