Through an annual waterski event, traveling 456km over 3 days, along the River Murray, participants raise awareness around the importance of mental health and wellbeing and suicide prevention. Stopping at regional communities providing real conversations and support. Providing funding through the grants program to enable rural and remote communities to bring awareness and support to their residents mental health, wellbeing and suicide prevention. Funding supports the charity's own resilience program being delivered to schools and communities in remote areas.
