Sir William Dobell Memorial Association Incorporated

Dobell House was the home and studio of Sir William Dobell, one of Australia's greatest artists. We follow an ongoing maintenance program to preserve the house and its original contents for future generations. As well as a comprehensive exhibition containing numerous images of his work, a small number of his original artworks and many personal mementos we also maintain an extensive archives of letters, documents, publicity articles, books and other records about Sir William's life. We welcome visitors to the house on both weekends, Wednesdays other weekdays by appointment to walk through the museum and see hundreds of items displaying details of the life of Sir William.
