We provided traumainformed counselling and support for individuals who are experiencing emotional and psychological overwhelm and other issues that are negatively impacting their daily lives. We provided a safe, authentic space for spiritual exploration and connection with God, self and others through worship, prayer and meditation through facilitating spiritual retreats. We facilitated a program for women who have experienced trauma and other overwhelming life events to help them establish a healthy sense of identity, worth, purpose, and resources to let go of the past, moving into increased health and wellness. We provide professional supervision for vocational ministry workers.
