In the 2024 financial year, The Sebastian Foundation funded schools to access the Open Parachute inschool wellbeing program. The program is evidencebased and tailored for all school years from K 12. It uses real peer stories to cover topics such as bullying, social media, anxiety, grief and body image to prepare youth with the mental skills, confidence and resilience they need to address these challenges when they arise. We also continued our work with the Upbeat Project at PCYC Blacktown, to build confidence and wellbeing by helping local youth groups and school music students to develop their music passion in a safe environment.
