Our nonprofit helps families and communities pursue digital health in order to reduce loneliness, depression, anxiety and suicide in a socially isolated society. Our main aim is to help parents convene in community settings to start the conversation and learn evidencebased research and strategies for helping build strong habits for better digital health and wellbeing. We provide resources and tools to support families on every leg of their digital parenting journey helping them to quickly navigate to the issue that is most pressing for their family. We run programs through schools and community groups to help families as they hit new technology milestones in their families.
