Scenic Rim Broadcasting Association IncorporatedRegistered

Scenic Rim Broadcasting Association Inc. advanced its mission by providing an accessible, locally focused community radio service that informs, connects and supports residents across the Scenic Rim. Through RIM FM 100.1, the Association broadcast local news, emergency and community information, interviews, music and programs reflecting the interests and diversity of the region. It promoted local events, businesses, service organisations and community initiatives, while giving residents and volunteers opportunities to participate in broadcasting and develop new skills. The station also strengthened partnerships with schools, emergency services, Council and community groups. This work helped reduce social isolation, encouraged community participation and ensured local voices and issues were represented, directly supporting the Association s aims of strengthening community connection, inclusion and resilience.
