The Wellness Farm program offers a holistic approach to improving mental health and wellbeing. Participants are actively involved in a range of activities, from farm work and creative activities to personal and life skills development like conflict resolution, cooking and financial management. Salt and Co is the innovative and inspirational social enterprise arm of Salt, where we form micro businesses and partner with other businesses to upskill men and women who are wanting to engage with society in a productive way. Our aim is to help build confidence and support each individual as needed. With continued support our trainees will move into further employment in partnership with other businesses in the local area.
