Spiritual guidance and support for Orthodox inmates in correctional centres all over NSW by administering Holy Communion and spiritual pamphlets/Bible study material and spiritual guidance by travelling to all correctional centres all over NSW. Also caring for the inmates when they are released out of custody in different aspects including (religious service, social service, labor and accommodation). Helping drug addicts to recover by spending retreat times in the monastery. Making condensed religious programs in the time people spend for retreat. Training new ordained priests and deacons for the ritual order and practice of the Holy Masses; also making them equipped with the chanting of praises tune of the service. Also allowing the priests to be equipped for the different services of the congregation by training and teaching while they are spending retreat times in the monastery. the Monastery receives groups of teenage and youth to spend retreat times as well as a concentrated program of prayers, praises, lectures, attending the holy masses as well as labour work to help them to grow spiritually and learn good manners and behaviors to become good citizens in the Australian society.
