Safety Drive Ltd runs a series of Emotional Intelligence workshops, equipping participants with essential EI skills, stress management techniques, and an understanding of how the body and brain respond to life s pressures. Additionally, practical workshops hosted by Safety Drive Ltd dive into the body s natural fightorflight response, covering how environmental stressors can trigger this powerful survival mechanism. Understanding how the brain and body react to perceived threats helps attendees develop tools to navigate stress, practice calm, and make intentional, healthy decisions even in challenging situations. These skills promote the prevention and control of human behaviour that is harmful or abusive to human beings, specifically the emotional and physical abuse, suicide and selfharm of atrisk youth and atrisk adults in Brisbane, Australia.
