By fostering the pets of people in crisis we have enabled clients to secure safe housing without the stress of caring for their animals. This has helped clients leave abusive relationships, reestablish themselves after recovering from addiction or homelessness, and seek/receive appropriate hospitalization/support/care. We also run pop up vet clinics so pets of people who are currently homeless can receive vet care. We also provide emergency relief for people as well as their pets by paying for short term accommodation
