We are a group of people who seek practical advice for daily life, in the Bible. All our activities are aimed to promote a personal relationship with God for each person, rather than a connection through another person. As the mind and soul are directly impacted by the health of the individual, our aim is to support health in all levels of humanity physical, mental, and spiritual. As such we provide anyone who is interested with counselling, Bible studies, instructions in plantbased cooking, and advice on healthy lifestyle factors.
