we successfully engaged 37 new atrisk youth in our programs, with 25 graduating in Round Yard Project and moving into core program, 10 back into mainstream education and others moved into full­time job opportunites. Our participants have shown remarkable progress in personal development, social skills, and employability skills which has seen a couple of young people secure jobs in there chosen field. We have invested in extensive training for our staff, focusing on traumainformed care, child protection and dog training. This has enhanced the quality of our services and ensured that our team is well­equipped to meet the diverse needs of our young people. We have strengthened our partnerships with local schools, services, and businesses along with our partners Platform Youth services. Richmond High School pilot program saw 8 participants attend RuffTRACK every Wednesday for 10 weeks. These collaborations have been instrumental in providing comprehensive support to our participants and expanding our reach.
