The Royal Life Saving Society's purpose is to lead efforts to reduce drowning and increase swimming, water safety and lifesaving skills. We operate collaboratively with our state partners, striving for our vision that is a nation free from drowning. As a peak body we work closely with the ACT Education Sector, Aquatic Recreation Industry, Local Government and community groups to realise our drowning prevention goals through accredited training programs, schoolbased delivery programs and community partnerships. We strive for the highest levels of integrity and transparency so that the true value of our benevolent activities, such as the free ACT Swim 4 Life program for children at risk, is easily observed
