We provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families and promote healing when children need healthcare. When a child is diagnosed with a serious illness, it impacts the whole family. Lives can be turned upside down. That's why we provide a range of programs to help families stay together and close to the care they need. These programs include 19 Ronald McDonald Houses (keeping families under the one roof and close to the Hospital), 19 Ronald McDonald Family Rooms (a comfortable place for families to rest and recharge in hospital), 6 Family Retreats (holiday accommodation to relax and reconnect) the Ronald McDonald Learning Program (helping over 1200 sick kids catchup on missed education) and 10 Ronald McDonald Hospitality Carts (providing sick children and their families direct support at their bedside).
