Robogals' mission is to inspire, engage and empower young women into engineering and related fields. Robogals' vision is a global culture of diversity and inclusion in engineering. To achieve this vision and mission, Robogals has chapters located at universities all around the world. University students (chapter volunteers) go to local primary and secondary schools and conduct interactive STEM workshops, and virtual online sessions are also run from time to time. Chapters also have conducted rural and regional trips to schools. Robogals' main form of income is through corporate sponsorship. Since founding in 2008, Robogals has delivered thousands of workshops and inspired over 100,000 girls.
