The Rise Initiative is a wellness charity dedicated to empowering real estate professionals to thrive in all aspects of their lives. Our programs are dedicated to fostering a sustainable real estate industry where every individual can achieve their potential both personally and professionally and understand the connection between how we think to how we feel and perform. In 2024 we reached 2798 real estate agents through our events and an additional 8,000 through our free mental health app. We also connected with more than 30,000 people in the industry through our email and social media campaigns.
