The Ripple Effect Foundation aims to change the culture around wellbeing in Australia, ensuring that prioritising activities that protect our wellbeing is considered the norm, not a luxury. It achieves this through its annual fundraising initiative, the Ripple Effect Wave Challenge (REWC), which promotes key protective factors for mental health and wellbeing, such as physical activity, time in nature, and social connection, through the joy of surfing. The Challenge will be held in April 2025.
