Research for Development Impact Network LTDRegistered

We secured a university partner for the 2025 Research for Development Impact Conference the Institute for Sustainable Futures at UTS and began planning for a conference that will bring together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from Australia, the Pacific and Asia. (1011 July 2025) We collaborated with the DFAT Diplomatic Academy to provide knowledge sharing forums for international development researchers and practitioners design. Topics featured included locally led development, Gender Equity Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). More forums are scheduled for 2025. We continued to provide and update a comprehensive set of tools and resources that are free and easytoaccess on the RDI Network website. We partnered with KONEKSI to deliver international development research tools and resources to more than 100 grant recipients conducting research in Indonesia. We expanded the voluntary Board with the addition of two new Directors and resourced a secretariat to provide the leadership and capacity to deliver on our mission to build quality, impact, capacity and collaboration across the sector via a vibrant community of practice for individual academics and practitioners as well as institutions and organisations engaged in research and evaluation for development.
