The organisation provided nearly 1,100 community clients with services ranging from home care nursing, social support, cleaning, home maintenance and other services which enable clients to maintain their independence as long as possible. We run metropolitan and regional social groups for isolated aged care members of the community. We also run Home Care Allied Health services and Social Harmony programs to our community clients. The organisation also provides accommodation, support and care through Residential Aged Care facility to 85 permanent residents and 2 respite residents at any one time. All the activities aim to provide health and wellbeing of our clients and residents and they are directed to enhancing their quality of life.
