1. Establish and maturing our portfolio of projects including: a) growing the Swimmable Birrarung community with the enrolment of nonprofits, businesses, academics and government partners. Supported and catalysed a range of initiatives including supporting the Yarra Riverkeeper Association s RiverFest. b) Regen Streets work has gone through a sensemaking process, exploring and supporting a vast array of neighbourhood regeneration work across our city. This work has created clarity in the systemic barriers and opportunities to unleash an effective wave of regenerative streets. 2. Established the Systems Lab, an actionresearch platform that explores the enabling conditions for city transformation and created the City Portrait.
