Our work is to ensure people seeking asylum and refugees can access justice through accessible, effective and timely legal services. We provide specialised legal services to vulnerable refugees, people seeking asylum, the stateless and displaced. Our trauma informed support is for people of all nationalities, religions and sexual and gender identities who have fled persecution to find safety in Australia including: Members of the LGBTIQA+ community Women who have experienced or fear domestic, family, genderbased or sexual violence Children seeking protection without parents or guardians Refugees separated from family members and hoping to reunite in Australia People on temporary visas People in immigration detention We strive to deliver influential advocacy to ensure Australia meets its obligations under international law and affords justice, dignity, and safety to those who seek our protection.
