During the 2023 2024 financial year, our organisation conducted design thinking workshops to identify key user needs and platform features. We hosted ideation workshops to brainstorm innovative solutions and refine the platform concept. User profiles were developed to represent target audiences and their specific needs. All brand assets and intellectual property associated with the platform were created, along with detailed wireframes for the platform s webpages. Additionally, we completed contractual work to engage platform developers. Developers commenced work in June 2024, dedicating a total of 215 hours to the initial platform build during the reporting period.
