Reach Her Inc. empowers women and promote inclusivity by addressing systemic barriers faced by culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Through wellbeing programs, employment pathways, and entrepreneurial training, the organisation supports women in building confidence, gaining financial independence, and advancing their careers. Initiatives like the Reach Her Business School, scholarship programs, and the EmpowerHer Mentorship Program foster leadership and economic empowerment. We operate our in person workshops and programs at Hillview Intercultural Community Centre and Victoria Park Community Centre. We also offer our mentorship program online.
