The RCH MSA is an organisation which supports the medical staff of the Royal Children's Hospital to carry out their work to the best of their ability, therefore leading to great clinical care of children and adolescents attending our hospital. We provide educational opportunities, pastoral care support and professional development for our members, as well as supporting doctors in training with scholarship grants. We also lobby for Senior Medical Staff to have the best opportunities possible to provide optimum care for their patients. We provide a forum for colleagues from different disciplines to interact, further enhancing teamwork within the senior medical staff of the RCH.
