About Purple Hands Foundation LTD
In 2024, the Purple Hands Foundation delivered impactful programs that supported our mission to empower atrisk and disadvantaged young people aged 12 18 across Western Australia. Through early intervention and communityled initiatives, using the power of sport, we addressed barriers to education, employment, and wellbeing. Kimberley Connected and Kimberley 9s improved school engagement, encouraged personal growth, and built positive relationships with law enforcement, while promoting healthy lifestyles and social inclusion. Goals aHead educated students on mental health, encouraged helpseeking behaviours, and built resilience. Get Up and Goal equipped neurodiverse students and those with disabilities with essential job readiness skills, opening pathways to future employment. Together, these programs improved education and employment outcomes, reduced mental health risks and youth crime, and empowered young people to become positive, active contributors in their communities breaking cycles of disadvantage.
