Psychs on Bikes IncorporatedRegistered

Members of the charity undertook various bike rides, travelling interstate and thousands of kilometres to rural and regional communities undertaking health checks promoting openness around mental health issues. Additionally, with local community organisations, Psychs on Bikes participated in local events undertaking health checks, and promoting sound mental health through the provision of educational activities. The members held meetings with other health professionals and conducted seminars to the general public with an aim to educate on the topic of mental health disorders and promote awareness on the causes and preventions of suicide, especially in rural and regional areas. The charity recently promoted themselves on radio and television news and recently made a feature documentary which further drew attention to the mental health issues faced in rural and regional areas.
