We provide emotion skills groups, Grand families programs, targeted early intervention, adolescent family counselling, youth justice support, work development orders, project educate (alternative education) and graffiti projects to proactively identify and address issues before they escalate, providing early support to mitigate potential challenges. We offer essential services to address immediate housing needs and work towards long term housing stability through programs such as Crisis refuges, Transitional housing, Tanderra and leaseholds. We facilitate access to vocational training opportunities, fostering skills development and employment readiness. In 2023/24 our programs included cafe Y and hospitality training, Sound wave studios and Job readiness training. We embed lived and living experience to add value to our program delivery and to share power in governance and strategic planning. We achieve this through peer education and COMPASS a weekly dropin program offering information, advice and guidance.
