We work towards futures of independence, dignity and hope for women and girls in Nepal, through locallyled development. In the year 20232024, we: (i) Supported our partner organisation in Nepal to provide familybased care, education, family strengthening and counselling to support women and girls who have survived trafficking and violence to rebuild their lives and reintegrate with their communities; (ii) Provided scholarships for higher education and vocational and technical qualifications to young people in Nepal; (iii) Provided Australians with opportunities for responsible and sustainable community engagement through forpurpose learning trips to Nepal; (iv) carried out advocacy and awareness raising activities to counter modern slavery through membership of the Be Slavery Free coalition.
