The Company is established for public charitable purposes of advancing education, including (for example) community training and educational activities, planning and implementing various forms of learning for children, adults, and young people with the motivation that learning is a lifelong process; advancing social and public welfare, including (for example) through the provision of addressing social isolation, engaging individuals with a disability, and providing relief and other support to individuals who are in need or are experiencing disadvantage in some way, and providing support to older people to enable them to maintain independence and quality of life; advancing health, including (for example) through programs and activities designed to enhance mental health and physical wellbeing; advancing culture, including (for example) through programs and activities involving the arts, craft, or music; and advancing other charitable purposes beneficial to the community, which are incidental or ancillary to the purposes above. To achieve the purposes the Company may, without limitation fundraise or otherwise harness the resources of the community in support of the objects, establish and maintain affiliations and information exchange with other similar organisations
