About Positive Change for Marine Life
We operated our core programs in marine biodiversity hotspots across Australia, India and the Solomon Islands to: 1) Address marine pollution, including solid and organic waste through our multifaceted Waste to Wealth program. 2) Develop innovative approaches to coastal, estuarine and floodplain degradation through rewilding blue forests and riparian habitat, as well as exploring broader landscape corridors for wildlife through our Rewilding our Floodplains (RoF) program. 3) Continue our Fishing for Change (F4C) program in India, as well as commencing planning for F4C in the Solomon Islands, focusing on reviving regional fisheries that are on the brink of collapse, towards the establishment of communityled protected areas. 4) Provide decentralised economic opportunities for some of the world's most marginalised coastal communities through fostering Gender Equity, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI)based programs. 5) Educate and directly engage tens of thousands of people in our multifaceted programs, including training and information sharing.
