2024 has been a year of transformative growth and impact for Pollinate Group, and I am deeply grateful for the dedication of our team, the resilience of our Suryamukhis, and the generosity of our supporters who made it all possible. Together, we have taken significant strides in empowering women and creating sustainable change across India and Nepal. Among our many accomplishments, we are thrilled to share that we recorded a revenue milestone of 1.25 Cr NPR in Nepal, a first in our history. This success underscores the strength of our microenterprise model and the unwavering dedication of the women we support. Our efforts to empower women as leaders of change saw a 45.5% increase in the onboarding of women entrepreneurs, reinforcing our commitment to creating opportunities where they are needed most. These women drove a remarkable 51.26% growth in product revenue, demonstrating the lifechanging impact of entrepreneurship on families and communities. This year also saw a 32.87% rise in philanthropic support globally, reflecting the trust and confidence our donors and supporters have placed in us. Additionally, we strengthened our collaborations with a 36.36% growth in partnerships with communitybased organizations across India and Nepal, enabling greater reach and deeper impact. This year, we expanded our programs to onboard 45.5% more women entrepreneurs, enabling them to grow into community leaders who are transforming lives and breaking the cycle of poverty. Through their hard work and commitment, these women have driven an inspiring 51.26% growth in product revenue, demonstrating the strength of our microenterprise model in fostering both economic empowerment and community development. In 2024, we embraced innovation by piloting new approaches that leverage technology and strategic partnerships to scale our operations. These efforts have allowed us to reach more communities efficiently and sustainably. Additionally, our Fellowship programs continued to thrive, offering hundreds of participants immersive, realworld learning experiences that connect global talent to our mission of empowering marginalized communities.
