Advanced Christian Religion by facilitating faith development through community & youth programs and events providing biblical teaching, praise & worship, sharing testimonies, distribution of Bibles and Christian resources. modelling the Christian ethos of Mk12:31 love your neighbour as yourself across our organisation and activities, provision of pastoral care and practical supports to members, employees, volunteers, program participants, people in need in our communities. facilitating and developing discipleship for young leaders (16y+) within programs. providing administrative and practical supports to other community organisations committed to advancing Christian religion Advanced education by * providing outdoor adventure education activities and programs for schools, community groups and groups with disabilities to increase selfesteem, build perseverance and resilience, develop capacity and life skills; * engaging youth and young adults in work experience and work skills within our organisation and in partnership with other organisations * providing skills training, development, work experience and work placement for our residential and offsite team (staff & volunteers) * providing support programs and activities for children disengaged from schools Advanced the natural environment by facilitating camping and outdoor adventure activities, programs and events facilitating bush survival and bush preservation activities with youth and young adults through school and community programs; incorporating environmentally safe, responsible and sustainable practices within operations and activities Advanced social and public welfare including relief of poverty, caring for and protecting young and vulnerable people by *providing community pantries in regional areas in partnership with Foodbank, local businesses, farms and community members *facilitating access to programs and activities for respite purposes for families affected by poverty, disability, disaster or tragedy including children in care, in partnership with schools, community organisations and foster care agencies *developing services for accessible allabilities adventure activities facilitating inclusion regardless of perceived mental, physical or social disability and in partnership with other organisations * facilitating informal peer support groups for men (18+) to redress addictions and or negative behaviours to effect positive change and relational restoration * challenging program participants in their responsibility for themselves, their peers, their community and their environment * providing administrative support to other community organisations committed to social and public welfare
