The purpose of this foundation is to provide both philanthropic and charitable giving contributions to eligible and relevant organisations. The 3 main philanthropic purposes of the Foundation are to support: 1. the development of significant cultural and creative endeavours in Australia. With a particular emphasis on the research and teaching of medieval literature in Australian tertiary institutions, 2. the conservation and regeneration of Australia s flora, fauna and overall natural environment, and 3. the reduction of disadvantage in Australian society, helping people in need and addressing the causes of disadvantage.
