In 2024, PayPal Giving Fund granted $30M AUD to more than 4,000 charities eligible to receive funds from a public ancillary fund consistent with the charitable purpose of PayPal Giving Fund. PayPal Giving Fund Australia receives grant funding in support of its charitable mission from PayPal Charitable Giving Fund ( PPGF US ), a public charity in the U.S., which also appoints our board members. We use this funding to cover our operating costs including the employment costs of all staff seconded from PayPal Australia to PayPal Giving Fund.
