Pathways Melbourne continues to empower Pathfinders individuals who are questioning, transitioning away from, or have already left their insular Orthodox communities by helping them achieve their full potential. We do this through educational workshops, social and cultural programs, individual mentoring, and private discussion forums. This year, we also conducted pioneering research into Jewish youth mental health and homelessness, which has deepened our understanding of the challenges young people face. In response, we are expanding our focus to support Jewish youth transitioning away from insular Orthodox communities, as well as their families, by providing targeted programs for both. We are also addressing youth homelessness across the broader Jewish community, ensuring that young people who feel unsafe at home have access to the safe care they need.
