Partners in Ministry Pty LtdRegistered

Currently a significant percentage of church leaders suffer from burnout due to the pressures associated with their role and their work in pastorally caring for people within their church and general community. we provided structured learning & education, consultancy and pastoral supervision /coaching / mentoring and pastoral support for implementation of effective church and community ministry. We assisted ministers of religion personally, pastorally and operationally as they lead and conduct ministry and community support and in developing skills in areas of need for their particular context. we provided oneonone support for approximately 1000 pastors, helping them to wrestle with and support others with personal / social / moral and professional dilemmas both within their church and within their general community. These challenges have been accentuated over the last years due to the legacy of COVID19, financial pressures and social challenges across the broader community and society that pastors serve. A major focus for the last few years has been to help pastors as they lead society out of COVID19 and lead the church to support an increasingly stressed and burdened society. We provided a range of inperson and online training activities and resources to equip ministers of religion as they lead their church and serve their community.
