Pambula Wetlands And Heritage Project IncorporatedRegistered

Volunteers donated their time toward conservation, rehabilitation and revegetation projects at Panboola wetlands. This year volunteers collected seed from native species on site, propagated seeds in the nursery, grew the plants and then planted them out across the site. Volunteers continue to undertake removal of exotic and invasive weed species across the site which assist with the protection of threatened ecological communities. Other projects undertaken include the maintenance of a network of cycling and walking paths which allows visitors to develop a deeper connection with nature whilst undertaking passive recreational pursuits. School tours and community workshops and events where also delivered.
