Palliative Care Victoria's vision is that all people with a life limiting illness and their families are supported to live, die and grieve well. We achieve this through collaborative leadership, capacity building within the sector and the community and advocacy. During 20232024 we continued to focus on our three strategic objectives: People with palliative care needs, carers, and the community have the right to be empowered and supported in compassionate communities that are diversityinclusive and diversity responsive. Health professionals and volunteers have the right to belong to a network of excellence that provides unity and a strong advocacy voice. Palliative Care Victoria members have the right to a peak body that provides advocacy and leadership for a diverse, efficient, and future ready palliative care system.
