In 2024, the Company advanced the Luminesce Alliance $20 million Enabling Platforms Program, strengthening our leadership in paediatric precision medicine and establishing NSW as a global hub for translational medicine with significant health and economic impact. The program emphasises collaboration within the Luminesce Alliance, leveraging diverse expertise to drive cuttingedge research that improves children's lives and reinforces NSW's position in paediatric research. Key outcomes being realised include lives saved and improved, reduced paediatric disease prevalence, more highquality STEM jobs, private industry investment in NSW, and greater opportunities for outofstate grants and investment. Our second focus was increasing brand awareness and engagement. Aligned with our Communications and Marketing Strategy, we made significant strides in enhancing visibility and fostering deeper engagement. In September, we launched a redesigned website ahead of the Luminesce Alliance 2024 Conference, offering an engaging experience with accessible information on precision medicine. In parallel, we upgraded our monthly enewsletter and social media platforms and showcased research beyond our Partner network, driving increased engagement and new subscribers. Social media campaigns aligned with national and international awareness days amplified the visibility of our Brand Ambassadors, leading researchers, clinicians, and patient advocates boosting engagement. The Luminesce Alliance 2024 Conference held at UNSW Sydney, attracted over 170 delegates, including international experts, to explore paediatric precision medicine advancements. Event promotions increased website traffic, newsletter subscriptions, and social media following. As members of Research Australia, we continued to raise our profile, by contributing several editorials to INSPIRE Magazine to highlight the Enabling Platforms Program. Additionally, Luminesce Alliance's Data Enabling Platform's Transcriptome Analytics Project Team was nominated for the prestigious Research Australia Health and Medical Research Award 2024 in the Digital and Data Health Innovation category and received a Highly Commended award for their outstanding work in developing digital infrastructure for realtime precision medicine analysis in Australian children with cancer. We are proud to have contributed to their success, supporting the largest computational biology team in paediatric research in Australia. We released our third Impact Report 2024, showcasing research advancement across our Enabling Platforms Program and our a 12fold return on the NSW Government s $24 million investment, generating over $309 million in additional research grants, supporting nearly 200 STEM jobs, fostering 500+ collaborations, and producing 200+ publications over five years.These strategic initiatives have been instrumental in advancing our mission, growing our community, and strengthening Luminesce Alliance s position.
